During our meeting, we will discuss your legal matters and help you to decide whether you need to hire an attorney. If we both agree that you need to hire an attorney and you wish to hire us and we wish to represent you, we will advise you of the options available for payment arrangements; in some situations, you will not need to make any payments as they are contingent upon a successful outcome, such as would be the situation with a personal injury suit; in other situations, fees and expenses may be tied to a particular event. Whatever the situation, you will know precisely the basis upon which fees will be computed so that you may make a better, more informed decision regarding your legal matters.
