Can I afford a lawyer?
The majority of people who forego obtaining legal advice do so because they are more afraid of what it will cost to obtain it than what acting without advice might mean. Sometimes everything works out fine; sometimes it doesn't. The problem is that you won't know until it is too late to protect yourself.
By meeting with us for a brief, no obligation, no cost conference, your greatest fear, cost, can be put to rest and you will leave much more informed on your issue. Then you can intelligently decide if you truly can afford a lawyer or are rich enough to be able to not have one.
We will never represent you or charge you one dollar unless and until you have had the chance to meet with us and we can together decide if we can work together. This meeting is without obligation.
We provide free initial consultations for all potential clients who meet with us. During our meeting, we will discuss your legal matters and help you to decide whether you need to hire an attorney. If we both agree that you need to hire an attorney and you wish to hire us and we wish to represent you, we will advise you of the options available for payment arrangements; in some situations, you will not need to make any payments as they are contingent upon a successful outcome, such as would be the situation with a personal injury suit; in other situations, fees and expenses may be tied to a particular event. Whatever the situation, you will know precisely the basis upon which fees will be computed so that you may make a better, more informed decision regarding your legal matters.
